These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player") and KFCSlot (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kfcslot.cam.

KFCSlot operates as an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account with KFCSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or affiliate of KFCSlot, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. KFCSlot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether conducted by you personally — is your responsibility.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify KFCSlot support immediately via live chat. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will never request your password by email, phone, or chat.

All deposits on KFCSlot are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow QR
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions)
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Deposits are generally credited to the User's account balance in real time. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method, banking hours, and third-party system availability.

The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be fully met prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation for up to 30 days or longer where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Enhanced limits may be available to players who have achieved VIP tier status. The Company reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits at any time and will notify affected users through the Platform.

KFCSlot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion detail page, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion's detail page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of wagering activity on the Platform.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit a bonus offer — including through collusion, matched betting, hedging, or the use of automated tools — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on the KFCSlot platform are governed by their individual game rules and the rules of the applicable game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real money wagers.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, live data, or game state has occurred.
• Mix Parlay (combination) bets are subject to specific combination rules. A single voided selection may reduce the parlay to the remaining selections.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Company's discretion. Network latency does not constitute grounds for voiding an accepted live bet.
• Bet limits apply per event and per selection type. The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual player at any time.

Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and all RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as certified by the respective game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KFCSlot platform. Violation of any of the provisions below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.

All content on the KFCSlot platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KFCSlot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, KFCSlot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the net amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KFCSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or longer.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements compelling the Company to restrict access.

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account termination regardless of circumstance.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform's notification system or to the registered email address associated with the account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KFCSlot holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
